木业选择器是一款本地优先的随机决策工具。我们重视您的隐私：应用的分组、选项、历史记录、偏好设置以及您主动设置的昵称和头像，默认保存在您的设备本地，不会被上传到我们的服务器。
一、我们处理的信息
1. 您主动保存的内容
当您使用本应用时，您可以创建分组和选项、保存抽签及随机工具记录、设置主题和语言、开启或关闭动画与音效、填写昵称，以及从本地照片中选择头像。这些内容仅用于在应用内提供和保存对应功能。
2. 本地图片权限
只有当您主动选择上传头像时，应用才会请求访问本地照片。您选择的图片仅用于在本应用内显示头像，应用不会将图片上传、公开分享或用于识别您的身份。
3. 我们不会主动收集的信息
本应用不要求注册账号，也不会主动收集或建立您的 IP 地址、精确位置、通讯录、短信、通话记录、相机或麦克风内容、广告标识符、设备唯一识别信息、跨应用行为信息等。
二、我们如何使用信息
- 在设备本地保存并展示您的分组、选项和历史记录；
- 执行抽签、抛硬币、掷骰子、随机数字和随机排序等功能；
- 保存主题、语言、动画、音效、昵称和头像等个性化设置；
- 根据您的操作提供删除记录、清空数据和重置设置等功能。
本应用不会基于您的内容进行用户画像、个性化广告推荐或自动化营销。
三、信息的存储与安全
应用数据使用设备本地存储保存，不依赖我们的在线账户或云端数据库。我们通过应用自身的数据边界和系统提供的存储保护降低数据泄露风险，但任何电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保护您的设备及系统解锁凭证。
四、信息的共享与披露
由于本应用不提供账号体系，也不将应用数据上传至服务器，我们不会出售、出租或以商业目的向第三方共享您的本地分组、历史记录、昵称或头像。
如果您主动通过电子邮件联系我们，邮件中包含的信息将仅用于回复咨询、处理反馈或提供技术支持；如法律法规、司法程序或有权机关依法要求，我们可能在必要范围内提供相关信息。
五、第三方服务
本应用当前不集成广告、社交登录、在线分析、推送营销或第三方数据追踪服务。您通过系统照片选择功能选择头像时，相关访问由设备系统权限管理，您可以随时在系统设置中调整权限。
六、您的权利与数据管理
您可以在应用内：
- 查看、修改或删除分组和选项；
- 删除单条历史记录或清空全部历史记录；
- 修改昵称、替换或移除头像；
- 切换语言、主题及动画和音效设置；
- 使用数据重置功能清空分组与选项。
您也可以通过系统设置关闭照片访问权限。应用卸载后，本地数据是否一并移除取决于设备系统的处理方式。
七、儿童隐私
本应用不以未满13周岁的儿童为目标用户。我们不会明知地收集儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童在未获监护人同意的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
八、隐私政策的更新
我们可能根据功能变化、法律法规或隐私保护实践更新本政策。更新后的版本会在本页面发布，并更新页面顶部的日期。重大变化会在合理范围内通过应用内提示或其他适当方式告知您。

Muyu Selector is a local-first random decision tool. We respect your privacy: your groups, options, history, preferences, nickname, and avatar are stored on your device by default and are not uploaded to our servers.
1. Information We Process
1. Content You Save
When using the app, you may create groups and options, save draw and random-tool history, choose a theme and language, enable or disable animation and sound, enter a nickname, and select an avatar from your local photos. This information is used only to provide the related in-app features.
2. Local Photo Permission
The app requests access to local photos only when you choose to set an avatar. The selected image is used only to display your avatar in the app. We do not upload, publicly share, or use the image to identify you.
3. Information We Do Not Actively Collect
The app does not require an account and does not actively collect or build profiles from your IP address, precise location, contacts, messages, call records, camera or microphone content, advertising identifiers, unique device identifiers, or cross-app activity.
2. How We Use Information
- To store and display your groups, options, and history locally;
- To provide draws, coin flips, dice rolls, random numbers, and random ordering;
- To save your theme, language, animation, sound, nickname, and avatar preferences;
- To provide deletion, data-clearing, and reset controls based on your actions.
We do not build user profiles or provide personalized advertising or automated marketing based on your content.
3. Storage and Security
App data is stored locally on your device and does not depend on an online account or cloud database operated by us. We use the app's data boundaries and the protections provided by the operating system to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. However, no electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your device and system credentials.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
Because the app does not provide accounts or upload app data to our servers, we do not sell, rent, or commercially share your local groups, history, nickname, or avatar with third parties.
If you contact us by email, information included in your message will be used only to respond to your question, handle feedback, or provide technical support. We may disclose information when required within the necessary scope by applicable law, legal process, or an authorized authority.
5. Third-Party Services
The current version of the app does not integrate advertising, social sign-in, online analytics, promotional push notifications, or third-party tracking services. When you select an avatar through the system photo picker, access is managed by system permissions, which you can adjust in system settings.
6. Your Rights and Data Controls
Within the app, you can:
- View, edit, or delete groups and options;
- Delete individual history records or clear all history;
- Change your nickname and replace or remove your avatar;
- Change the language, theme, animation, and sound settings;
- Use the data reset feature to clear groups and options.
You can also disable photo access in system settings. Whether local data is removed after uninstall depends on the handling of your device system.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate guardian consent, please contact us using the email below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when features, laws, regulations, or privacy practices change. The updated version will be published on this page and the date at the top will be revised. For material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by another appropriate means where reasonable.
